This Red Bourbon was grown and processed by Wilton on the Granja Paraiso 92 farm in Colombia.
Fermentation
The caffeine has been removed from this coffee using the so-called sugar cane process. Its bouquet is obtained through anaerobic fermentation. The bean is also sealed with a thermal shock process using hot and cold water.
Preparation
The coffee is suitable for dark filter coffee as well as creamy round espressos and milk-based drinks made from them.
