What drives us is discovering the universe of exotic coffee flavors, refining them to their utmost perfection, and making them accessible to our guests. We love nutty and chocolatey flavors, as well as all the other taste worlds that good coffee has to offer.
Quality
Our products are selected through long and complex evaluation processes. For example, our ToGo cups are made from sustainable materials and have a comparable fill volume to our ceramic cups. This reduces waste and ensures that milk-based drinks like cappuccino taste as they should even when taken away with the same coffee-to-milk ratio.
In our store, we sell exclusive products that we have all thoroughly tested, use in everyday life, and compete with.
Sourcing
We love nature and coffee as a natural product. Therefore, we only source beans that are, to the best of our knowledge and conscience, free from chemicals, sustainably cultivated, and also beneficial for the farmers. We do not offer decaffeinated coffee based on methylene chloride. We use carefully hand-picked green coffee beans that we would also enjoy drinking ourselves.
Operation
At our headquarters in Schwarzenburg, we only use solar and hydrogen power. When it comes to packaging materials, we focus on providing the best possible protection for the packed goods while ensuring good recyclability. We use used shipping boxes whenever possible, avoid unnecessary waste, including food waste, and recycle the rest.
Clean label
Less is more, especially when it comes to ingredients. Food items in our range should be not only excellent in taste but also free from added flavors, industrial flavor enhancers, artificial sugars, chemical colorants, and other unnecessary impurities and allergens. We focus on fresh regional products, if possible in organic quality.
Allergens
People with allergies should feel comfortable with us. We can provide precise information about the ingredients used and possible impurities for each of our products!
