Optimal Pressure Profile

Lever-operated machines generate the highest pressure at the beginning of extraction. The pressure decreases as the puck is rinsed, reducing channeling and ensuring higher extraction and homogeneity.

High Temperature Stability

The groups are heated and have high thermal mass. The temperature of both boilers and group(s) can be set to ±0.5 °C and is constantly maintained using PID control. Thanks to the large steam boiler, perfect milk foam and tea are guaranteed.

Programmable Cup Volumes

An electronically controlled three-way valve allows for constant, freely definable cup volumes and group pressure relief after each extraction for an uninterrupted workflow.
