Festival Barista on an hourly basis

As a young startup, we are looking for independent employees who can cope well with the sometimes chaotic everyday life, enjoy working in a team, have a passion for exceptional coffee, are open to new things and can contribute their ideas to the company.

Our main business is to spoil customers with a wide variety of coffees at festivals and events. Initially, work assignments are expected to be irregular and often on weekends. In return, you can enjoy the party life directly at the festival after your shift.

We are looking for ambitious people, even freelancers. Do you have other qualities? As a startup, there are many opportunities to contribute your strengths and interests. Perhaps you can also become involved in team management, training, warehouse management, social media, roasting, HR or PR in the medium term.
