V60 Switch

The French Press / V60 hybrid. The clarity of filter coffee and the extraction control of immersion coffee, the best of both worlds without the drawbacks. 

Prepare like a classic V60 with filter paper and closed drain valve. The valve can also be closed after the blooming phase. After the desired extraction time, open the valve, et voilà.
