The roasting concept
We combine precision with complexity: Each individual bean is roasted separately and then blended into a unique mix. Our recipe consists of:

• Costa Rica: Roasted once medium, once dark for complexity.
• Rwanda: Lightly roasted to emphasize the natural sweetness and fruitiness.

Origin & Quality
Each bean comes from high altitudes over 1,200 meters above sea level. This extreme growing altitude results in a compact bean structure (high density), which directly contributes to pronounced complexity and a long finish in the mouth.
