Roasting Concept
We combine precision with complexity: Each individual bean is roasted separately and then blended into a unique mix. Our recipe consists of:
- Costa Rica: Roasted once medium, once dark for complexity.
- Rwanda: Lightly roasted to emphasize the natural sweetness and fruitiness.
Quality
Each bean comes from high altitudes above 1,200 meters. This extreme growing altitude results in a compact bean structure (high density), which directly contributes to pronounced complexity and a long finish in the mouth.
