Drinking maturity
This Gesha changes significantly in the first few days and only settles down after about two weeks. At the beginning, the individual flavors can be extracted quite isolated with the grind, in the later phase the notes are more balanced over a wider range. However, since the Gesha already has a creamy texture, a lot of sweetness and refreshing acidity from the start, the coffee is almost more exciting to extract in its early days.
